Intuitive Eating Counseling

Intuitive Eating was established by Evelyn Tribole MS, RD and Elyse Resch MS, RDN, and is frequently used in treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting. Alex is a Certified Eating Disorder Counselor and can help you work through the principles of Intuitive Eating. By implementing habit changes and processing your emotional relationship with food, Alex can guide you through how to heal your relationship with food and body.
