I am a registered dietitian and eating disorder specialist (CEDS) with years of experience working with eating disorders across all levels of care.  In addition to my experience working with eating disorders, I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Before starting my private practice, I worked at Center for Discovery, Oliver Pyatt Centers, and Clementine Miami.  I have experience with clients of all ages and a variety of diagnoses including anorexia nervosa (AN), bulimia nervosa (BN), binge eating disorder (BED), and other specified eating/feeding disorders (OSFED), and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).

I graduated from Louisiana State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. I went on to complete my Master’s degree in Health and Human Performance at McNeese State University in Louisiana. During my time in graduate school, I found intuitive eating and started researching disordered eating and food freedom. Prior to studying to be a dietitian, I attended culinary school in New York City where I fostered my passion for cooking and experiencing delicious food.

I provide individual and specialized nutritional counseling and am passionate about helping my clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I treat my clients from the Health at Every Size and “All Foods Fit” philosophies. My food philosophy is that food is meant to be more than just nourishment and everyone deserves to have food freedom. I believe food is a social/cultural experience and is meant to be fun and shared with others. I focus on teaching clients how to nourish themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am excited to join you on your journey to healing your relationship with food!

Areas of focus: Anorexia nervosa, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake (ARFID), Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa, Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders (OSFED), Orthorexia, Exercise Addiction, Disordered Eating, Pediatric/Adolescent Nutrition, Family Nutrition, PCOS/Womens Health, Intuitive Eating, Menu planning and cooking support.

Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Intuitive Eating Counselor

Founder and CEO of Supper Club Nutrition Therapy

I am a registered dietitian and eating disorder specialist (CEDS) with focused care in the pediatric and adolescent setting. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and their families navigating eating disorders and feeding concerns. I have nearly a decade of experience working across multiple levels of care, including hospital inpatient, outpatient, and multidisciplinary treatment settings.

Prior to joining Supper Club Nutrition, I worked at Manning Family Children’s Hospital in New Orleans, where I helped pilot and develop the hospital’s inpatient eating disorder protocol and co-developed its first ever outpatient pediatric eating disorder program. Through this work, I collaborated closely with physicians, psychologists, and other specialists to provide evidence-based care to families across Louisiana, an area that has historically lacked access to pediatric eating disorder services. I have experience treating a wide range of diagnoses, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, other specified feeding or eating disorders, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and pediatric feeding disorders.

My clinical approach is strongly aligned with Family-Based Treatment (FBT), and I have extensive experience supporting parents as the primary agents of change in their child’s recovery. I am passionate about working directly with caregivers and frequently offer parent-only sessions to provide education, guidance, and support, whether families are formally engaged in FBT or navigating recovery through other treatment models. My work focuses on translating treatment goals into practical, realistic nutrition strategies that families can implement at home, while always meeting families where they are.

I completed my undergraduate education at Louisiana State University and my dietetic internship at Southern University. I earned my CEDS credential under the mentorship and supervision of Wendy Sterling, MS, RD, CSSD, CEDS-S, co-author of How to Nourish Your Child Through an Eating Disorder, Raising Body Positive Teens, and No Weigh! which deeply shaped my clinical foundation and family centered approach.

My style as a clinician is direct, practical, and collaborative. My greatest goal is for families to feel fully supported, never judged, and empowered to trust themselves throughout the recovery process. I believe parents and clients already hold the power for change and I am simply one tool in their toolbox to help them reach their goals.

Outside of my clinical work, I have a background as a gymnast and cheerleader and spent many years coaching both sports. I am also a mom to two young boys, which further informs my passion for supporting families through complex and emotional seasons. I look forward to partnering with you and walking alongside your family on the road to recovery!
